Rogers is clueless

By stevesaylor - Posted on 08 October 2008

Hey all, long time no blog. Sorry have been really busy lately. Going to try to update on what's going on, but I had to post this right now, because it's too good not to post.

So I receive this call today from Rogers Cable, welcoming me, and thanking me for using their service. That's fine and all. I know it's policy, but I like it when a company calls me and gives me a welcome call. However, I was not expecting the result. Watch the video to find out.

Oh, and literally 30 seconds after I recorded that video, the call was disconnected. *insert sarcasm here*Thanks Rogers for a great customer experience!*end insert*

As always I remain, obediently yours.

I've had problems with Rogers too - it's taken a week of them guessing and they still haven't fixed my conxn :(

Wow that does suck! Sorry to hear you're having problems. Technically I haven't had any problems, but I'm still not a fan of the customer service. Maybe I just expect more. Hope your internet issues is fixed soon.

As always, I remain, obediently yours....
