Much like the radio serials of the 1930’s the form of audio dramas have evolved over the 20th and now into the 21st century.  One of those evolutions is the form of a podcast novel, or podiobook.  Podcast novels are free serialized audiobooks, recorded and released by their authors. Novel episodes are generally released once a week; each episode features a chapter or two. The website Podiobooks.com features more than 200 such novels.

Steve started his first podiobook “Black Shadow” in Dec of 2007 and is currently working on his second podcast novel.
