Came across this video a few months ago and it keeps popping up everywhere. So when I saw it again today from Jake, I had to post it.

Hey guys and gals.
I've been thinking while surfing online tonight. (I know, I know dangerous combination)
And I was just randomly watching the justin.tv live channels, and I see that they opened up a little to other fans to stream their own lives online, and I was thinking whether I wanted to do the same thing.
Now, being in a city that doesn't have city wide wi-fi is a problem. And EVDO service in Canada is like 60 bucks a month for a crappy connection anyway. So streaming 24/7 is out, however usually when I'm not at work, I'm usually at home, or at starbucks(with it's freely available wi-fi) and at mike's house when we record This Week in Geek.
So I am in areas that have wi-fi capability, but my question is, do I want to jump into that route of live streaming my life, as well as whether anyone would really care. I mean, I want to do something worth while to watch, however why go justin.tv when I could do the same thing with either ustream.tv or stickam(which I believe either starbucks blocks ustream or stickam or both. Not sure)
Anyway, what do you my reader's think? Would you be interested in seeing a bit more of what I do in life, or would you suggest against it.
Let me know in the comments!
As always, I remain obediently yours…
Toodles!

Okay, I have to preface this by saying that I'm not a huge fan of posting something not worthwhile. Especially just random YouTube Clips like this, because a)it's just a cop out for not actually writing something interesting and b)I usually don't watch the clips anyway.
However that being said, I may go against my two rules of blogging conduct and post something that honestly blew me away. I'm not talking about something just cool, I mean I saw this and the first words out of my mouth was “Wow, Holy Crap, Cool, Awesome, and Frak yeah!”
Okay maybe just the “Wow” part was true.
Anyway, this clip was something I saw on http://startrek.fanlib.com where there they have a scriptwriting contest where the scenario is that the contestants have to write scenes that would make up a story on the biggest battle of all would take place, Captain James Tiberious Kirk vs. Captain Jean Luc Picard. Check it out if you're interested. The whole thing is hosted by George Takei and Wil Wheaton, which is awesome to say the least.
So while I was perusing the blog I came across this video which I show below where it was a fan made trailer of what Star Trek XI could look like. (For those who don't know J.J. Abrams of Alias, Lost, and Mission Impossible III fame is making the next Star Trek movie and it's about the early years of Kirk and Spock and McCoy as they survive the dangers, tragedies, and drama that is….Starfleet Academy. So like the O.C. with phasers.) So this video is a spoof trailer of that concept, which I hope you will enjoy. I won't go into detail because it would spoil the fun of seeing the clip, but it's worth it.
Enjoy, and comment on what you think.
